2

Schedule Your Pour

Pick delivery or pickup. Get your forms set, your base prepped, and your tools ready. We'll be there as scheduled with fresh concrete.

3

Pour & Finish

We bring what you need — minimal waste, no big-truck minimums. You pour and finish on your schedule.

Why Short-Load Concrete?
Ready-mix trucks are built for big pours. For smaller jobs, short-load service is the smarter fit: less waste, less hassle, and no need to meet a full‑truck minimum.
  • Great for patios, walkways, slabs, pads, and repairs
  • Fresh concrete on your schedule
  • Residential access & tight sites are no problem
  • Fair, straightforward pricing

Concrete Options

We mix to your project's needs. Here's what you can order — call us to discuss what's right for your job.

PSI Strength

Choose the compressive strength that matches your project requirements.

  • 2500
    2,500 PSI
General use — fence posts, non-structural fills, light footings
  • 3000
    3,000 PSI
Most common — patios, sidewalks, shed pads, driveways
  • 4000
    4,000 PSI
Heavy duty — garage slabs, structural footings, high-traffic areas

Fiber Mesh

Synthetic fiber reinforcement mixed directly into the concrete for added crack resistance.

  • Reduces plastic shrinkage cracking
  • Adds impact and abrasion resistance
  • No wire mesh to position or trip over

Great for driveways, patios, and slabs. Ask us about it when you call.

Color

Integral color is mixed throughout the concrete for a consistent, lasting tint — not just on the surface.

Colors shown are approximate. Call to discuss available colors for your project.

How Much Concrete Do I Need?

Enter your project dimensions and we'll estimate the cubic yards.

Important: We recommend ordering 7–10% more than the calculator shows. Subgrade irregularities, form flex, slight over-pours, and waste all add up. Running short mid-pour is far worse than having a little extra.

With 10% extra: yards (recommended)
This is an estimate. Actual amounts vary based on subgrade, forms, and site conditions. Always order extra — you can't finish a pour if you run short.

Contractor — Lady Lake, FL

"I didn't want to mix 40 bags by hand and a full truck was way too much. U-Pull-N-Pour was the perfect middle ground. Concrete was fresh and ready to go."

If you're within about 25 miles of Leesburg, Florida, there's a good chance we can help. Call us at (352) 728-8879 and we'll confirm distance, access, and scheduling.

We don’t require a large minimum order like the big ready-mix companies. That said, all orders are subject to scheduling and delivery logistics. Call us to discuss your project size and we’ll let you know the best option.

Yes. Wet concrete is highly alkaline (high pH) and can cause chemical burns to exposed skin and eyes. Always wear rubber boots, waterproof gloves, and eye protection when handling fresh concrete. If concrete contacts your skin, wash the area immediately with clean water. Seek medical attention if irritation persists. Keep children and pets away from the pour area.
